• What is their definition of “economic prosperity”? How do they achieve it?

• Why are all the planning documents secret and unavailable to the public?

• What is their definition of “socially inclusive”? What do citizens lose?

• What is their definition of “sustainable” & “equitable” communities?

How is this attained without the taking/denying citizen’s property rights?

• What is their definition of “environmental sustainability”?

• Does this mean property owners must sacrifice developable land to “open space” for which they can never recoup their investment expectations?

• What will be the cost to taxpayers in implementation and compliance?

How will this affect our right to use, improve and sell our private property?

Why should our local government entities subordinate their sovereignty to HUD, EPA and USDOT through an unelected regional planning entity?
